My Thought for Today, 23 January 2025:
No one can prove God’s existence or nonexistence. Some Philosophers and Scholars do their best to esoterically try to make sense of this question to a small number of individuals who then write commentaries for everyone else. Nevertheless, it is not humanly possible to prove either existence or nonexistence. Knowing that God exists can only be known in the heart by faith. A person with this faith experiences many wonderful gifts that assist in maturing this faith. Like transmission technology, which requires other technology to read and display the transmission, a person of faith receives the Holy Spirit, which enables them to understand the meaning behind God’s scriptures. Without the Holy Spirit, no one can rightfully understand what the Bible is communicating.
Consider the following:
Human bodies are constantly exposed to electromagnetic and physical stimuli, including radio, television, microwaves, solar radiation, and GPS signals. Everyday technologies, such as internet routers, continually emit signals undetectable by human senses, yet these signals pass through our bodies. Similarly, smartphones engage in ongoing transmissions that are also imperceptible through sight, touch, smell, taste, or hearing while continuously sending data back to cellular towers and signal sources.
Advancements in technology have made it possible to measure, translate, and recognize these signals, enabling their perception and practical application. This situation can be compared to an individual leaving behind letters and instructions for society, where understanding these communications might require additional resources for accurate interpretation.
Although this overview presents a simplified perspective, it underscores the importance of acknowledging and understanding the fundamental laws of existence that humans may inherently grasp. Engaging with significant literary works like the Bible can enhance critical thinking and foster a deeper appreciation of these concepts.
In conclusion, each individual must believe or not believe, have faith or not have faith, and believe that Jesus is the Messiah or not believe Jesus is the Messiah, believe God and Jesus are one, or not. It’s up to each individual to believe or not believe. God desires everyone to return to Him and not perish but to have eternal life through Jesus.
If God did not exist, we would not be here reading this. Can I prove that? I cannot; however, I know it to be true. If you do not believe God exists, consider why you are fighting against Him to prove He does not exist.
God Bless,
